Bolt driver a *****

If there was 0rating I would have gone for it. I booked a ride with bolt on Sunday from my place to Gautrain in Parkstation. The ride was R109 to be exact. The drive me took long to get to my place I even called to check if he’s still coming because already the money was debited from my account. The driver was so slow it was ridiculous but I rated him good because I know that’s his bread and butter. To my shock I got debited R223 and when I queried I was told the driver said I changed destinations. I tried calling the driver from the app and he declined my calls. I asked that the support team link us together so that the deliver can explain when I changed dearltination and don’t they have a way of tracking the route to check if destination changed. I’m very angry at the bad service of bolt. I deleting the app and moving to Uber because the bolt drivers are ****** of note. The driver’s details Bisaso car registration BM10DGGP Hyundai i10.
