Bolt - door handles removed

This afternoon I requested a Bolt, the driver called me shortly after requesting - asking about my whereabouts. I told him I was waiting for him near a school gate. The driver arrived in an old car as I identified his number plate (can’t remember the name) but I have not seen this particular car model on the road and certainly know that it may not be authorised to be on the road. I opened the door and noticed that the door handle on the far left was removed. While standing outside of the car, I checked the right hand side and the door handle was also broken in such a way that if I was inside I would not be able to open it. It clicked to me that this car was used to do ******** activities. The driver’s chair was reclined so he was fixing it when I asked “what is going on with your door handles?” he mumbled something and I closed the door and walked away. He stood there waiting for quite some time before he left. I sent Bolt support a message on their app after this incident and an hour letter they still have not responded to my message. I am utterly startled because if I was not in a public place he would’ve forced me into the car or something worse. I am sharing this to inform others to please stop using Bolt.
