Bolt don't want to pay Our money

My Husband is driving bolt, it's been 3 weeks now, bolt doesn't wanna pay His money. I took My Children's money to refill petrol & tollgate for the whole week from GP to MP. Bolt is owing Him more than 26K. When We communicate with bolt they are giving us some answers everyday. We are stressed We haven't pay school fees, rates ect. I also used Our money to pay car installment
