Bolt doesn’t want to refund my money

I ordered a trip to Parow this morning. A driver accepted the trip and it said it will take 3 minutes the driver did not move and I ended up waiting 15 min before I cancelled the trip. The trip was 77 and when I cancelled it bolt said I was not charged for the trip now they are refusing to refund my money and saying I’m going to wait 14 days for it. This is totally unacceptable I want to be refunded my money back
