Bolt doesn't return lost items

I am furious and super frustrated and disgusted by bolt service, after millions of communications sent to them regarding my lost bluetooth ear piece nothing has been done till today and what ****es me off is that am certain I lost in that car, I made contact with both bolt and the driver non of them bothered to give my lost item back. This only the beginning and you have 24 hours to bring it back.
