Bolt doesnt care about their passengers!

This ehailing service really doesn't care about their passengers. If you want safety, peace of mind, and comfort to and from your destination, request any other ehailing service but Bolt. One of their clauses is that after each ride, the driver should check that the passenger didn't leave behind any belongings but they do not adhere to this. I left my cell phone in one of their cars, and they emailed me without any explanation, remorse, or concern. The tone was in a matter-of-fact manner: "The driver did not find your cellphone, nor are they in possession of it". I queried their clause, and I was told to go to the police station to report my phone. I have heard many stories of Bolt, but I thought they were not completely true, after my experience, I understand. I don't know why they are still operating because, wow!
