bolt doesn't care about it's drivers

I've been with bolt from 2018 and just recently they have permanently blocked my app without any explanation. when I enquire they say it's permanently blocked for using the incorrect vehicle... they didn't even give me a chance to appeal.they took a one sided story and blocked me.. Bolt doesn't care about it's drivers so how in the world would if worry about passenger safety?? there are cases daily against bolt drivers who do bad things to clients because of this I'll treatment they get from bolt.. bolt 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
