Bolt does not pay your pre authorization money back

Bolt took a pre authorization amount of R333 from me more than a month ago. They said it will take 14 days to get paid back into my card. It's been one and a half months now and i did not get anything. They gave me a reference and said it was paid. My bank does not recognize this reference. The only way to contact them it through their support in the app. They keep asking the same questions and give you the run around. Please don't use this service as they ***** your money.
