BOLT DOES NOT COMPENSATE EVEN WHEN DRIVER RUNS OUT OF FUEL

I requested a trip from my home to The Marc in Sandton. I was charged an initial fee of X after about 800m the car ran out of fuel. The driver canceled the trip. I was charged approximately half of X my initial charge. I then requested another trip from that same point to my destination guess what l was charged X, the same amount l was charged when I initially requested. As a result, my total charge for the trip was now 50% more than initially. I took up the issue with their customer service who kept dodging critical questions l asked about their value proposition and pricing model. If the distance that l had traveled from my initial position was significant how come it was not negated from my subsequent trip? There was no compensation or remorse for the inconvenience or whatsoever. Unless it's the end of the world and you have no option NEVER GET INTO A BOLT. Rather WALK OR RUN. Never a BOLT.
