Bolt does it again!!! Second outrageous rip-off in two weeks!

A second ******* in two weeks. Today I was billed R300-00 for my mother to take a trip of about a kilometre which usually costs about R24-00. One incident might be a mistake. A second looks a lot more like deliberate swindling, especially as my mom is very old and it is probably assumed she is too senile to know she is being de*****ed. Keep it up guys...you are well on your way to establishing a pattern of racketeering activity as defined in the Prevention of Organised Crime Act.
