Bolt dishonesty

I requested a ride from bolt. Right after I requested the driver immediately confirmed arrival and funds went from my account. I'm so disappointed that such a thing could happen, it was my last funds to get me my drop off point. Dishonestty makes me sick. I will never ever use the bolt services ever. It was my first time to experience this and I lost my trust in them.
