I am blind and have a guide dog. Bolt refused me and my guide dog. I sent a message before the driver arrived. When the driver arrived, he harassed me to change my mode of payment from card to cash. The when he saw that I have a guide dog, he refused us. As I tried to explain to him about my disability, and service animals, he simply put the phone down the phone in my ear and drove away.
