Bolt disappointing

I am disappointed that I complaint to Bolt a month ago with no care to respond. One of their drivers came to fetch me to drop me at the airport and the fee was agreed upon and then driver decides to take a longer route and going around to make more money and did not even want to listen to me and I almost missed my flight . Bolt never bothered to respond and refund my money. This is disturbing .
