Bolt didn’t pay my refund its been almost 60 days now

They ****ming people I requested a ride on the 25 th of march today is the 19th haven’t received my refund which the driver cancelled my trip because he needed extra cash and said i need to pay more my bag is big, bolt support agent keeps saying I must go to the bank, i went bank doesn’t have my money bolt is worse, they ****ming people i swear id really not suggest anyone uses them nor link ur card with them u going to regret it, they keep saying i must wait 14-30 days i mean they took my money on the 25th of march now its may
