I request a bolt myself and new born yesterday on the 12/09/2025 Driver went to wrong address i tried changing it on the app but it didn't want too when i walked to where the bolt was driver canceled the trip We missed her doctors appointment Bolt is refusing to provide a letter of authorization so i can go to my back money to them R243 is nothing but to me its alot usually when the driver cancels i get my money back same time I've chatting with them since yesterday I told them that capitec doesn't want their reference number they want a letter so they clam the money back Imagine
