BOLT DEDUCTING IN MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT A RIDE TAKEN

Bolt has been going into my account deducting without a ride being taken. I have tried communication with them on app but none of the consultants is helping . I am very ****ed off by this. Not everyone carrys cash , sometimes i make use of my card. But this is insafe. I want the amount of R183 that has been deducted in a space of 2 days .
