Bolt

I requested a Bolt and the driver picked me up from my workplace and I requested to Dalview hospital and the cost amounted to R316 we then drove and the first red flag was when he asked if I have money to pay for the toll gate I then agreed because it’s just a R7. He then had the audacity to ask me if I have my card to pay for his petrol as his fuel was running low. I asked him why he is accepting rides if he knows he does not have petrol in his car. I then asked him to drop me at the nearest garage which is on Winnie Mandela Drive. He asked me to change the drop off location to Monte Casino and I did that because I was under the impression that Bolt would refund me the remaining balance from the R316 i initially paid. I then had to request another ride but I did so using Uber and had to pay an additional R318. So in total I paid R634 all because of the Bolt driver. Bolt refuses to refund me the balance. This is really unacceptable and unprofessional.
