Bolt Customer Support is ****!!!

Bolt customer service team is on of the most useless service that I have ever come across. I have been calling out to them for weeks trying to get an issue resolved with them. They keep sending me emails saying that an agent will contact me. But then there is literally no response from them. It’s been days if not weeks me going back and forth trying to get their attention. They are quick to say that I am opening multiple tickets, but then that is because because there is not one responding to me. Is this how you run your customer care team? I have worked for Customer Service and I know that you need to deal with the customer promptly before a certain number of days go past, with the Bolt team, they just simply DO NOT CARE!!!
