Bolt Customer Service is nonsense

I took a ride from Parkstation and the driver took a longer route on a cash ride. When we got to my house I only had the money shown when I requested the ride. The driver shouted at me with a ****y attitude. It was at night and to make peace with the driver we went to the nearest atm to withdraw the balance.

First i was told by customer service that they cant reach the driver now im told i wont get a refund but a R100 off discount of 1 ride.

I have made it clear that I am not interested in a promotion asI will no longer be using bolt services
