Bolt customer service

I hired a driver but since i wasn’t happy decided to drive the car myself. Submitted all documents all bolt app including a CARscan which is their requirements, it says the car need above 70% to pass. It did 70% exterior and 90% exterior. Now the app says documents not visible, I then tried to upload again to my surprise it says I must do another scan and pay again. It’s frustrating coz the car did a test from dekra and it hasn’t expired. Frustrated!!!
