Bolt ********ity

So my girlfriends phone was reported ****** by 1 of their drivers via email to bolt on how to proceed on the 12th November 2022, it's now the 19th November with absolutely no feedback. Nada, nothing. Besides this being a ******** case, does bolt actually encourage ******* by taking such a serious offense so trivial that not even an automated response was sent to us??
