Bolt charging more than inore

My ride initially this morning stated R150, mind you the driver took the freeway and it took 20min opposed to the 30min i usually travel... He then charged me R190, if i didnt have the cash what would have happened? Please do better Bolt. Cant pay close to R200 for a 20min trip, yohh and also this increased demand is ridiculous.
