bolt charges without any ride

Daily my bank account is being charged by bolt. we trying to complain on the app they telling us the money is preauthorization to verify my card not actual payment money will be released by your bank within days. no money reversed as yet and 14 days has passed. why are they verifying my account when i'm not taking any trips.
