Bolt charges extra that what they say,

I have not received a response to my query on Bolt app. .Yesterday I booked a bolt to 337 Vim..... road, it showed R129. Why was I charged R158 and the trip did not end at 3377 Vim... Road but only ended at 160 which is not correct and being billed extra. The driver did not end the trip at the right destination at 337 Incurred me higher costs. Bolt seems not to care about their passengers and is not the same fee that reflects on the app as I see other complaints as well on helopeter for simi**** thing. Please be careful. Regards
