Bolt Charged me for a trip that didn't happen

On 30 March I requested a bolt ride and tracked it on the web, the driver, Siyabonga Mulahleni arrived at the gate and I remotely opened for him. He didn't pick me up, but he cancelled the trip and I had already paid with card. R74 was debited on my bank account for the trip that didn't happen. No refund has been paid to me so far
