Bolt Charged but Did Not Show Up!

Good day Herewith, I would like to report and express my utter dissapointment and disgust with my experience with Bolt service.

I requested a trip on 1 October 2023 and my bank account was charged, however, the driver did not arrive (Andile Ngalonkulu )and trip was completed in 54 seconds without me!!!! I reported the incident to Bolt, yet till today there has been no response on the matter.
