Bolt charge me additional cost ,but it was not my fault. Driver got lost while I provide the right address

I requested bolt today and the driver got lost due to his navigator and bolt charge me additional cost . This is unfair as this is not my fault , is a drivers fault. I heard to call the driver trying to direct him and he told me he don't know the area very well. I end up trying to tell him he must write Henarhof the driver end up getting to me. This is not my fault as i have been using Bolt and no driver ever get lost. I want my refund for additional cost. Bolt driver need to learn to update their Map app.
