I have easily been using this app for a few years. What i can tell you from my experience is that this app has a very gangster way of working, drivers act like gangsters under the impression it works like the service it's supposed to. Drivers can accept a trip make you wait 15 min go the wrong way cancel out of their fault. Just not accept available fairs really just acting like they don't have managment. I tried reaching out to them they say use in app support nothing much comes from that. The scary part about a gangster app like this it can be downloaded and use by anyone on Google store like teenage kids etc. I can't stress the point enough that we need people to develop a better app and better service as these ones available I'm guaranteeing that if you run this sort of service better than the way they currently abuse it us the clients will be dedicated customers by far even the taxi mini bus mafia has marshals and managment
