Bolt ****

I have requested a trip to sun city from PTA west and bolt deduct R562. The driver then cancelled the trip so the trip did not happen now bolt does not want to refund me. @Bolt I want my refund your supposed to deduct cancellation fee from that money and REFUND me!!# Refund me BOLT!!!
