Bolt cahrged me for two tris I never took

I booked a ride with bolt yesterday and while I waited for the driver it showed that the driver has arrived but he was not there, then the next thing it shows that he is driving to destination while I am still waiting for him. I call him but he does not answer so I massage him and he says the GPS changed direction his coming, then I wait the thing he says I'm outside and I told him your not here because I'm waiting at the gate, only to find that the GPS took him to my destination. I asked him why are you at my destination because you were supposed to pick me up here before going there and he said his following GPS and they charged me for a ride I didn't take, on top of it all then charge me another ride from my destination to where I was and the driver never came. When I complained they only refunded me for 1 trip but they charged me two trips I never took all because the driver lost signal and I had to pay for it.
