bolt!! before they overcharge you.

I am a person that always likes giving the benefit of the doubt to businesses that don't perform at times, as we are all prone to having a day off. However, Bolt seems to be very consistent with their incompetence. If it's not the driver canceled after booking the trip, their drivers are charging more than the initially booked amount. Just today, my wife needed to go into work as an emergency, and she is a health care worker, and the driver overcharged us after she jumped off. there were no stops, hardly any traffic, and no delays. In other words, Bolt and its drivers are nothing more than shameless *********** ******* that get their hit from ******** people in their most convenient ways. what a joke of a company. It's no wonder, people opt for Uber despite the additional fee. I guess quality always trumps complacency.
