Bolt bad vehicle condition and driver behavior

I took a Bolt from Lanseria Airport on Sunday 22 Aug, and I was not happy. The vehicle was in a bad condition: windscreen had a crack, there was no rear-view mirror, brakes were making a screeching noise (due for replacement) and the driver had no hands-free device, so she held her phone in her hand for the entire duration of the trip, which just made us feel unsafe.
