Bolt bad experience

I would not recommend bolt to anyone. I used bolt last week Thursday from Midrand to Soweto n it cost me R334 and I was using card payment and I deducted immediately, during the trip I decided to tip the driver with R20 and the total was now R354. R334 was reversed and I got the sms notification and was charged R354. Few days I check my bank balance and I dnt c the R334 only to find out it will take me up to 14 days to reflect and I only knew this by calling my banker and they explained to me. It's very hard to get hold of bolt for complains and it's very inconvenient now I need to wait for 14 days just for reversal. Bolt is just *** and m no longer using it
