Avoid this service! During peak time you will wait for longer than 30min for a driver to accept your trip. Only drivers who are willing to accept are 16 min away, which means you're already late, and that is if driver doesn't cancel on you, like many do. If you cancel too many times in looking for a different driver (because the only driver available is too far away and you don't want to be late) Bolt blocks your profile. Drivers are rude, unskilled, they drive recklessly and negligently bad, most will take personal calls while driving, drivers are unable to follow GPS or maps. Bolt is amateurish and not dependable in any way. Boycott Bolt!
