Bolt are ****** worse than the worst ********. ******** organization

I wish I could have negative star for the service from Bolt. I lost my phone on one of their vehicles FOUR DAYS AGO. Up to date I have not received any help or feedback all they do is send the same form that I have filled more times than I care to think of. Truly they should be monitored. They are in cahoots with their drivers to rob us.
