Bolt are *******!!!!

I ordered a ride with Bolt and received by a driver who insisted on cash. As far as I was aware my ride was a cash one, and when the trip ended I paid the driver R52 cash. A day or so later j received an email from bolt saying they were unable to charge my card. I advised them that I had paid cash, to which they said they would investigate and ask the driver. But all they did was debit me on my payday. For a trip I had already paid for. I emailed them again 2 days ago, and no response. I would rather use another taxi service now, even if they charge more. Bolt are *******.
