Bolt are the worst

I ordered a bolt to get from a friends house to my house. The bolt he did not show up. And then I must get charged to cancel cause he cannot find where I am in spite of my many efforts to place a pin where I was located. After a half hour I had to order an Uber. Thank you Bokt for the horrific service
