Bolt are ********s!

I recently took a ride with a Bolt Driver Thembelani Phiri. He drives a Volkswagen Polo Vivo. Reg Nr KN38ZFGP. I forgot my keys in his vehicle. I contacted him an hour after the trip when I released the keys were in his vehicle. He Told me he does not work in my area, and I would have to pay him to return them.
