Bolt are ****mers.

Hi I am a driver/owner on the bolt platform, I have so many issues with bolt but the 2 most important ones are that bolt are ****mers. My first issue with them is that they have blocked my account due to driver impersonation because someone stole my phone and logged onto my bolt app and used someone else's photo for the selfie verification however when I got a new phone I tried working on the app it said I'm blocked so I contacted bolt and advised them about it the first agent said me to send through my photo again with my drivers license so that they can verify its me I did so however bolt has no system of working because when you respond back to them another agent responds back to you and has no knowledge of the issue or what the previous agent said or did to help you. So I spoke to 6 different agents 3 agents told me to send through new photos and the other is telling me it can't be unblocked so it's either they are dumb or *********** and for a big company like that they should employ people with knowledge and also have a system of working instead of getting 30 different agents jumping on the same issue and don't know what they doing. Secondly my vehicle needed to undergo a inspection for it to work on bolt as it's a new requirement and via the app it lead me to the raspberry self inspection which I then did and paid R230 for the inspection everything that they requested on the inspection was submitted correctly after 2 days and bolt taking my money they then advise me my car is declined and I need to do a dekra test if that was the case they could of lead me to the dekra inspection instead of the raspberry self inspection and make me pay my R230 with they ripped me off of that, I am 100 percent sure that I am not the only owner/driver that bolt has ****** their money because if they did not want to ***** the money they would of told me in the beginning to do a Dekra inspection instead of making me to do a raspberry self inspection. So now I am calling out all drivers/owners to come forward if you been ****** and ****med by bolt because this is our hard earned money and currently right now in South Africa things are very difficult and we do not have enough money to pay for so many inspections and bolt **** us of R230. That Is the reason why bolt should be removed out of South Africa because they use us as slaves for their personal gain, they rob us, ***** from us, and bully us, this is our bread and butter we rely on this to take care of our families so it is not fair for bolt to mislead us only to pocket the money and then tell us to pay for another inspection by dekra that's not fair at all.
