They are *******, charging R70 for authenticity of my account after deducting money. Charging me for a ride, getting a driver and not refunding my account. Their support policy says 14 days, it’s been 18. Talking to support on the bolt app now they’re saying 14-30 days. They are cheats, ****s and *******. NEVER USE BOLT
