Bolt app is really no good and useless to me

This app once was a good and convenient app to use.But that has changed over night and would not recommend it to anyone...There is never drivers available or when trying to find a driver it would say looking for driver then says driver found and then all of a sudden it says driver could not confirm...i spent more than 40min trying to find a driver.
