Bolt and it's drivers are *******! Intentionally deducting services not provided

I ordered Bolt on the 8th of September to a local mall 1 way trip and l was charged & debited R28 from my account. The driver intentionally did not end the trip and on coming out he offered to accompany me back at a charge of R30. He was paid the R30 cash.

My surprise when bolt deducts R113 more from account. The drivers name is Sipho/Marcus +***5. When I asked him he promises to send back the money he never did. When l log a complaint to the company itself via the app they propose to offer me a discount on future rides amounting to R100 when l insist on a refund they do not respond.
