Bolt and its drivers are all *******

Bolt supports *******. I used Bolt yesterday. I forgort my phone in the car, I realized as soon as I got in the house that my phone was not there. I quickly downloaded the Bolt app on another phone and used it to call the driver. The driver said he had the phone. I asked him to bring my phone, I will give him R200 but he refuses and wants more money.

I aked him what Bolts policy says, he arrogantly said "go ahead and contact Bolt, they won't help you , you will come back to me". The driver's name is Tebogo David he was certainly right.

I have been communicating with bolt via the app but no help had been provided. I have decided to take the matter up with the police, all I am asking from bolt is for them to provide me with a number plate of the car, to no avail.

I called Bolt's cellphone number, no one answers. I searched for their office address and went there but the receptionist told me that they only test the worthness of cars there.

I sent an email as a reply to the email I received for receipt yesterday for that trip, Bolts sends me a link which takes me to the app where I get no help.

Bolt promotes theft and their drivers know that customers will get nowhere with bolt and they take advantage of that. I met another Bolt driver as I came out of the office, he told me the same thing that Bolt won't help me. I am now taking the matter up with the law, but bolt is failing to simply give me the number plates of the car that Tebogo drives.

I have sent emails, messages on the app but still nothing. I have the name and phone numbers of the driver, all I need is the number plate.

Bolt doesn't value it's customers, what they wrote on the app as if they try to help you get whateveryou forgot in the car is all just pretense. It never happens. Bolt and its drivers are all *******.
