Bolt allows theft

I'm so dissappointed in Bolts Service and Drivers. My husband left his phone on charge in the drivers car on saturday, the phone has not been returned and Bolt has not responded to any of our emails. They don't even have a contact number. I'll definitely be laying of a charge of theft again Bolt.
