Bolt account compromised

Some time around March my bolt account was compromised someone was requesting trips in cape town whilst i stay in Johannesburg almost R200 something rands went off my bank account tried contacing bolt support for assistance i was jsut told that they have nothing to do with bank cards and they have no assistance to offer me
