BOLT a bunch of *******

So this morning,

I use bolt. My normal trip from home to work. The driver drops me off at work and bolt deducted double the amount with an explanation saying my trip took longer then expected. Now they are refusing to assist and reimburse me. Instead they are asking the same questions over and over. How can you ask me what happened if I sent you screenshots.

This is theft. I'm truly disappointed after being a customer for such a long time . I'm reporting you everywhere
