I requested for my parcel from p****long to Terenure it was my lil sisters Graduation. The distance is about 10 munites I kept on tracking the driver after 20 munites with no luck. He came after 45 munites told me to pay extra cash I told him no because I kept on calling and he never responded. I know the amount I must pay I did show him even the text that I kept on sending. He left with my parcels. I did report the issue to Bolt even today I haven't got my parcels. I don't know how many times I did report it but no help. DB50ZG GP . Even today who knows that's what he does? Does Bolt care? No
