Bolt ****

I ordered a bolt on 22nd August 2024 they deducted R196 then the driver cancelled it and charged me R19 for cancellation which is OK but till now the rest of the money is not yet reversed when I sent them the message they said I must contact my bank which I did my bank said they could see money out and require an authorisation letter to reverse my money. I spoke to bolt agents and they all provided me with *authorization reference* to trace the funds it has been over 40 days but I have not received my money back. When I follow up they continue to refer me to the bank. They clearly state the funds are with Bolt and have not reversed them for refund. Bolt continues to ask me to wait 14 days on top of the 40 days I've waited
