Disgusted still waiting for refund for almost 2 months been shoved from piller to post. With lame excuses. Drivers excepting and canceling rides 5 times for 1 trip debting and crediting my account five times eventually double charging me for the ride. Can Bolt please clarify who does the debting on our accounts. BOLT IS PATHETIC IN REFUNDS AND ASSISTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
