Bolt ***

I wanted to report how bolt doesn't stand for their drivers, instead they tend to take a passengers side more.

One reliable driver had their account suspended, because a female requester got furious when they driver returned a parcel they were suppose to deliver. The parcel happened to be female shoes....and the driver returned them upon realizing that the requester was giving them so many instructions on the delivery which sounded off.

The lady out of spite told the driver that she will show me who she is....the incindent happend on the 4th November but was reporting in December.

Bolt fails to track conversations between two parties to get the truth. but they keep on saying " they investigating and waiting for the other party to confirm if they received the parcel or not" mean while the driver is left stranded all because a female human decided to be despiteful.
